New to diving? Wondering what Lanzarote has to offer?
Who can dive?

Diving is a family activity and can be enjoyed by almost anybody. the minimum age is 8 years and there is no upper age limits. If you feel you have a condition that would exclude you from diving we strongly urge you to contact us as diving is probably more accessible than you think!

What safety procedures are there?

Your safety is our first priority. The Dive Shop carries emergency Oxygen kits in its vehicles, and its instructors are O2 trained.  Also, there is a hyperbaric chamber located in Arrecife, which is ½ an hour drive away from all major dive sites.  The Dive Shop and its instructors are fully insured through DAN Europe (Divers Alert Network) for all its activities.

How much will it cost?

That depends on what you decide to do with us! Check out our prices.

What is the temperature in the water?

The water temperature varies depending on the time of year but doesn’t drop below 17°C. In summer the water is a very pleasant 25°C.

What suit should I bring?

We can provide wetsuits which will keep you comfortably warm. If you prefer to bring your own, we recommend 5mm full length although some people can be seen entering the water in shorties at all times of the year!

Can you help with transport and / or accommodation?

Yes we can!! A free pick up from your hotel is part of the THE DIVE SHOP service. Car hire and transfers from the Airport can also be arranged.

We have excellent apartments only 5 minutes walk from THE DIVE SHOP and these can be arranged by contacting quoting THE DIVE SHOP as a reference.

Lots!  On your non diving days why not tour the island and visit some of the many natural attractions this island has to offer.
